Cancellation and Refunds Policy

This comprehensive Cancellation and Refunds Policy (“Policy”) governs every purchase, subscription, enrolment, or transaction involving D2D Academy, including but not limited to access to digital courses, mock examinations, analytics dashboards, downloadable resources, mentorship calls, community forums, and all other intangible benefits offered through any current or future platform operated by D2D Academy (collectively, the “Digital Services”). By completing payment, activating access, or consuming any portion of the Digital Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted this Policy in full and that you waive any conflicting expectations that may have arisen from marketing materials, verbal communications, or informal assurances.

1. Purpose of this Policy. The sole purpose of this Policy is to clearly communicate that all sales are final once access to the Digital Services has been granted. Because digital learning experiences are delivered instantly and cannot be returned in the way physical goods can, D2D Academy enforces a strict no-refund, no-cancellation stance. This Policy applies regardless of the device you use, the geographic region you reside in, the currency of the transaction, or the person who ultimately consumes the content. The moment payment is confirmed by our payment processor and access credentials are issued, you become irrevocably entitled to the Digital Services and simultaneously lose any right to reverse or unwind the transaction.

2. Definitions and Scope. For clarity: (a) “Access” includes the ability to log in, receive encrypted download links, join a live stream, enter a mentorship room, or receive course-related notifications; (b) “Consumption” includes viewing, streaming, downloading, printing, copying, screen recording, or otherwise interacting with any portion of the Digital Services; (c) “Payment” includes full payments, partial payments, trial fees, subscription instalments, bundle fees, or any consideration exchanged for value delivered by D2D Academy. This Policy covers individual learners, institutional clients, scholarship recipients, corporate cohorts, and any other parties granted access, whether the payment was made directly, indirectly, or through a third party acting on their behalf.

3. Binding Agreement. You acknowledge that this Policy forms an integral part of D2D Academy’s Terms and Conditions and constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and D2D Academy. If you disagree with any portion of this Policy, you must not proceed with payment or access. Continued usage after reading the Policy is conclusive evidence of your acceptance. D2D Academy reserves the right to update this Policy at its discretion, and the version in force at the time of your most recent payment applies to all ongoing entitlements, regardless of whether you review subsequent updates.

4. Nature of Digital Services. D2D Academy invests substantial resources in developing proprietary exam simulations, curated notes, strategy frameworks, high-definition video instruction, adaptive analytics, and mentor interactions. These assets are protected by intellectual property laws and are delivered instantly in digital form. Once access is provided, the value is effectively transferred to you and cannot be retrieved without the risk of duplication or misuse. Consequently, D2D Academy cannot reclaim or re-stock digital assets, and therefore cannot provide refunds, partial refunds, credits, or exchanges.

5. Immediate Access = Final Sale. Many components of the Digital Services, such as diagnostic tests, preparation analytics, and PDF study packs, are provisioned the moment your transaction succeeds. Even if you choose not to log in or delay usage, D2D Academy considers the order fulfilled once access credentials are generated. No amount of voluntary non-use, personal change of plans, or lack of time will qualify you for a refund, because the Digital Services were made available to you exactly as promised at the time of purchase.

6. No Right of Withdrawal. To remove ambiguity, D2D Academy expressly disclaims any cooling-off period, statutory right of withdrawal, or right of rescission that might otherwise apply to consumer purchases. Because the Digital Services are customised, immediately accessible, and non-returnable, you expressly request and consent to instant delivery and waive any right to revoke your order once payment is processed. This waiver extends to all jurisdictions, to the maximum extent permitted by local law.

7. Non-Transferability. Access credentials, progress data, certificates, mentorship slots, community privileges, and other benefits associated with your purchase are strictly personal to you. Selling, bartering, gifting, or transferring access to another person violates D2D Academy policy and voids any support obligations. Attempts to transfer access do not entitle you to a refund, even if your account is subsequently suspended for misuse.

8. Misinterpretation or Miscommunication. Marketing materials, sample lectures, counselling conversations, sales calls, and informal guidance are intended to help you understand the program offerings, but do not create guarantees beyond what is explicitly stated in this Policy. If you misunderstood a feature, misread a syllabus, or anticipated an outcome that differs from your expectations, such circumstances do not justify a partial or full refund. You bear the responsibility to evaluate suitability before purchase, including requesting clarifications from D2D Academy’s support team.

9. Technical Requirements. Access to the Digital Services presumes that you possess compatible hardware, software, and internet connectivity. D2D Academy publishes recommended specifications and offers basic troubleshooting, but will not provide refunds if you experience latency, buffering, data caps, device incompatibility, or software conflicts on your end. Likewise, inability to access content due to firewall restrictions, corporate policies, or local regulations is beyond our control and does not affect the no-refund stance.

10. Scheduled Maintenance and Downtime. D2D Academy may perform maintenance, upgrades, or platform migrations that temporarily affect availability. Such planned downtime is communicated through dashboards or email alerts. Short-term disruptions, whether planned or unplanned, do not entitle you to a refund, discount, or extension, as access is restored as soon as practicable. If maintenance requires more than 72 hours, D2D Academy may choose—but is not obligated—to provide reasonable compensation in the form of extended validity or bonus content; such gestures do not establish precedents for refunds.

11. Duplication or Accidental Purchases. If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, you must notify D2D Academy within 24 hours of the redundant transaction. The support team will review payment logs to confirm duplication. If the duplicate order has not resulted in additional access or if the second account remains untouched, D2D Academy may issue a credit usable within the ecosystem. Monetary refunds remain disallowed; credits are provided solely as a discretionary remedy and expire after the published validity period.

12. Subscription Renewals. Some Digital Services auto-renew on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. Renewal reminders are emailed before the billing date, giving you sufficient opportunity to cancel future cycles. If you fail to disable auto-renewal prior to the charge, and access is extended for the next billing cycle, the renewal fee is non-refundable. D2D Academy does not backdate cancellations or pro-rate unused portions of a renewed term.

13. Instalment Plans. When D2D Academy offers instalment plans, the entire course fee remains payable even if you choose to discontinue mid-way. Each instalment unlocks incremental content; missing or skipping instalments may cause access to pause, but amounts already paid remain non-refundable. Defaulting on instalments may lead to account suspension, and reinstatement requires clearing outstanding dues. Partial participation or dissatisfaction with progress does not remove the obligation to pay the remaining instalments.

14. Scholarships and Discounts. Learners who receive scholarships, fee waivers, corporate sponsorships, or promotional discounts acknowledge that the reduced price is a goodwill gesture. Such concessions do not create a refundable balance, redeemable credit, or cash equivalent. If a scholarship recipient withdraws voluntarily, no refund or additional benefit is due. D2D Academy reserves the right to reassign scholarships or revoke discounts if eligibility conditions are violated.

15. Mentorship and Live Sessions. Booked mentorship sessions, doubt-clearing calls, webinars, or workshops are non-refundable, even if you miss them due to scheduling conflicts or personal emergencies. Depending on availability, D2D Academy may allow a one-time reschedule when informed at least 48 hours in advance, but is not obligated to do so. Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or disruptive behaviour may lead to forfeiture of future mentorship slots without refunds.

16. Community Access and Conduct. Premium programs often include access to private communities, discussion forums, or peer study groups. Access is granted as long as you adhere to community guidelines. Breach of etiquette, sharing spoilers, harassment, or attempts to solicit business may result in removal from the community. Such removal does not impact your access to course materials but does not entitle you to any refund or compensation.

17. Certificates and Outcome Claims. Completion certificates, badges, or performance analytics are incidental benefits provided upon meeting internal criteria. D2D Academy does not guarantee exam ranks, employment offers, or scholarships from external institutions. Failure to achieve desired outcomes does not represent non-delivery of Digital Services and therefore does not qualify for refunds.

18. Personal Circumstances. Life events—including but not limited to illness, relocation, exams, employment changes, workload, or family responsibilities—may affect your ability to continue studies. While D2D Academy empathises with unforeseen challenges, such circumstances do not create grounds for refund. Depending on policy at the time, D2D Academy may offer time-limited deferrals or course transfers, solely at its discretion, but the underlying payments remain non-refundable.

19. Compliance with Laws. D2D Academy abides by applicable Indian laws and international norms for digital commerce. If any law mandates a consumer right that conflicts with this Policy, we will comply with that specific mandate for eligible users while preserving the no-refund rule for all others. Any such compliance applies only to the minimum extent required by law and does not constitute a voluntary relaxation of this Policy.

20. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access constitutes a breach of this Policy. D2D Academy responds to chargebacks with comprehensive documentation proving delivery. If a chargeback reverses payment, we reserve the right to suspend all accounts associated with you, pursue recovery of the amount, impose administrative fees, and report the matter to relevant forums. Reinstatement after a reversed payment is at our sole discretion and may require repayment alongside dispute fees.

21. Fraud Prevention. D2D Academy actively monitors for fraudulent activity, including stolen credit cards, unauthorised account sharing, bots, and unusual usage patterns. If fraud is detected, accounts may be locked without notice, and the rightful payment method owner may be contacted. Funds recovered from fraudulent transactions are returned to the payment instrument holder when required by law, but no refund is extended to the fraudulent user. Cooperation with law enforcement may occur wherever appropriate.

22. Platform Migration. D2D Academy continually evolves its technology stack, which may require migrating users to new portals or mobile applications. During migration, some features might temporarily appear in beta mode or undergo interface changes. Such adjustments are normal and do not constitute failure to deliver. Requests for refunds due to interface preference, missing legacy features, or adaptation challenges are invalid.

23. Intellectual Property Enforcement. Attempting to copy, mirror, scrape, or disseminate D2D Academy materials violates our intellectual property rights. If we detect such activity, accounts may be terminated without notice, and damages may be sought through legal proceedings. Termination for infringement provides no basis for a refund, regardless of whether the infringement was intentional or accidental.

24. Third-Party Integrations. Our Digital Services may integrate with scheduling tools, community platforms, proctoring services, or analytics providers. If a third-party tool experiences downtime or policy changes, D2D Academy will make reasonable efforts to provide alternate access. However, disruptions caused by third parties do not entitle you to refunds, because D2D Academy continually invests in redundancy and communicates alternatives whenever possible.

25. Content Updates. Competitive examination syllabi and regulatory requirements evolve rapidly. D2D Academy updates content at an accelerated pace, but we cannot guarantee that every change is reflected instantly. Access to older content at the time of update is considered part of the Digital Services, and the absence of a specific update at the moment you desire does not constitute non-delivery. No refund is provided for perceived gaps while updates are in progress.

26. Beta Features and Early Access. Occasionally D2D Academy may grant early access to experimental modules. Such features are offered as-is, without service level commitments. Feedback helps us refine offerings for all users. Participation in beta programs is optional; if you opt in, you accept that features may change or disappear without notice, and no refund is available due to your expectations regarding beta functionality.

27. Legacy Products. Learners who previously purchased legacy programs that are now discontinued continue to retain access for the promised validity period, subject to platform availability. Retiring a legacy product after the validity period does not entitle users to refunds, extensions, or conversions into new programs. D2D Academy may, at its discretion, grant goodwill upgrades, but such gestures are rare and non-binding.

28. Evidence of Delivery. D2D Academy maintains server logs, access records, download statistics, email delivery confirmations, and mentorship attendance sheets to evidence fulfilment of Digital Services. In the event of a dispute, our logs serve as authoritative proof that access was granted. Learners acknowledge that these digital records are admissible in any forum or tribunal and waive objections based on formality or jurisdiction.

29. Compliance Reviews and Audits. D2D Academy reserves the right to audit usage to ensure compliance with this Policy. Audits may review login frequency, device counts, IP addresses, session durations, and downloaded materials. Participation in audits is mandatory. Refusal to cooperate or obstruction leads to access suspension without refunds. Audit findings may also be shared with relevant authorities if legal violations are suspected.

30. Communication Channels. All official communication regarding purchases, access, maintenance, and policy updates is conducted via the registered email address and the in-platform notification center. Failure to read or respond to these communications does not excuse non-compliance. Support email acknowledgments or chat transcripts serve as evidence of communication; the absence of a personalised phone call or SMS does not weaken the binding nature of this Policy.

31. Support and Resolution Process. D2D Academy’s support team assists with troubleshooting, account configuration, content clarifications, and general onboarding. Support efforts do not imply the availability of refunds or credits. Even if an issue remains unresolved, D2D Academy may provide alternative solutions such as additional office hours or recorded sessions. Acceptance of support resources constitutes acceptance that service is continuing, and you reaffirm that refunds are not under consideration.

32. Legal Remedies. If a dispute escalates to arbitration, mediation, or court proceedings, the learner understands and agrees that their payment remains non-refundable unless a final judgment explicitly orders partial restitution. The learner further agrees to indemnify D2D Academy for legal expenses incurred if a tribunal determines that the refund claim was unfounded or made in bad faith. This deterrent aims to prevent frivolous litigation intended to circumvent this Policy.

33. Severability. If a competent court finds any clause of this Policy unenforceable, the remainder continues unaffected. The invalid clause will be interpreted to accomplish the closest legally permissible intent, which remains that all sales are final and non-refundable.

34. Entire Agreement. This Policy represents the entire understanding between you and D2D Academy regarding cancellations, refunds, and financial reversals. No verbal assurances, social media promotions, counselling statements, or historical practices override this Policy. To request clarifications before purchase, you must email support@d2dacademy.in; failure to seek prior clarification shall not serve as grounds to contest this Policy later.

35. Acknowledgement by Continuing Access. Each time you log in, consume content, or attend a session, you reaffirm that you understand and accept the no-refund stance. If at any point you disagree, your sole remedy is to cease usage going forward. However, access already provided remains governed by this Policy, and past payments remain non-refundable.

36. Updates to Policy. D2D Academy updates this Policy periodically to reflect operational realities and legal guidance. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the official policy page. The burden lies on learners to review the latest version. Continued use after an update signifies acceptance of the updated Policy.

37. Contact. For policy-related queries, contact support@d2dacademy.in. Queries attempting to negotiate exceptions to the no-refund stance will be politely declined, as customer service teams are bound to follow this binding Policy without deviation.

38. Jurisdiction-Specific Disclosures. Learners residing in jurisdictions that mandate consumer disclosures acknowledge that D2D Academy has satisfied such obligations by prominently publishing this Policy, the Terms and Conditions, and pricing information before checkout. Any local consumer rights that cannot be waived will be honoured in the narrowest sense required. Beyond those statutory minima, the no-refund directive remains absolute and is incorporated into every invoice, email confirmation, and onboarding message.

39. Data Retention. D2D Academy maintains transaction records, account activity logs, communication transcripts, and assessment data for compliance purposes. Requests to delete personal data are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, but deletion requests do not invalidate payment obligations or trigger refunds. Data filtering may anonymise certain metrics while preserving evidence that the Digital Services were delivered, ensuring D2D Academy can defend the no-refund policy if challenged.

40. Responsibility for Minors. Parents or guardians who allow minors to access the Digital Services accept full responsibility for supervision, compliance, and financial obligations. If a minor consumes portions of the Digital Services without explicit parental oversight, the transaction still stands as non-refundable. Parents may request parental controls, but failure to utilise these tools does not justify reversing a payment.

41. Group Purchases. Institutions, coaching centres, or corporate clients purchasing seats in bulk confirm that they have secured the consent of individual participants. D2D Academy will not mediate disputes between the purchasing entity and its participants. Any dissatisfaction among group members must be resolved internally; D2D Academy will not issue refunds or partial credits once access codes are generated, even if some participants never activate their accounts.

42. Voucher and Gift Codes. Promotional vouchers, gift codes, referral credits, or loyalty rewards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for refunds. Once a code is applied to unlock Digital Services, the associated discount is considered consumed. Misplaced or accidentally shared codes are the responsibility of the recipient; D2D Academy is not obligated to reissue codes or offer compensation if they are misused.

43. API or Custom Integrations. When enterprise clients engage D2D Academy for custom integrations or API access, project milestones and acceptance criteria are mutually documented. Once a milestone is delivered or access credentials are issued, the corresponding payment instalment becomes non-refundable. Scope changes or timeline adjustments require new agreements; dissatisfaction with internal adoption does not warrant a refund of amounts already paid.

44. Content Archival. Upon expiration of validity, learners are responsible for backing up any notes or downloads permitted under the Terms. D2D Academy may archive or delete content to manage storage and legal obligations. The removal or alteration of archival content post-validity does not resurrect any claim for refund, nor does it imply ongoing storage obligations beyond the communicated timeframe.

45. Platform Security. D2D Academy adheres to robust security protocols, including encryption, access controls, and monitoring. If a learner experiences unauthorised access due to negligent password management, shared credentials, or compromised devices, D2D Academy may assist with remediation but will not issue refunds. The learner bears responsibility for safeguarding security tokens, and loss thereof does not equate to non-delivery of the Digital Services.

46. Self-Paced Learning. Many modules are self-paced, allowing learners to study at their convenience within the validity period. Failure to plan study schedules, procrastination, or unfamiliarity with self-directed learning does not justify a refund, as the Digital Services are fully available throughout the agreed period. D2D Academy offers productivity tips and mentorship, but utilisation remains the learner’s choice.

47. Accessibility. D2D Academy strives to make content accessible, including subtitles, transcripts, and adaptive interfaces. If a specific accessibility feature is unavailable, learners are encouraged to inform support. D2D Academy will endeavour to provide pragmatic solutions such as alternative formats or extended access. However, the absence of an accessibility feature at launch does not warrant a refund; the Digital Services remain otherwise delivered.

48. Third-Party Payments. When a third party (such as an employer or sponsor) pays for your access, all refund-related discussions are restricted to that paying entity. D2D Academy will not mediate disagreements between you and the payer; the contract remains with the paying entity, and payments remain non-refundable. If the payer revokes sponsorship, you may continue access by assuming payment responsibility; sums already paid remain with D2D Academy.

49. Taxation. Taxes charged on transactions are remitted to statutory authorities. Should tax rates change post-purchase, D2D Academy is not liable to issue refunds or rebates. Similarly, if you later qualify for tax exemptions, you must seek relief through appropriate tax filings; D2D Academy will not retroactively revisit invoices already issued under prevailing tax rates.

50. Test Integrity. For digitally proctored assessments, learners must comply with integrity protocols, including webcam monitoring, microphone usage, and browser restrictions. Refusal to comply results in test invalidation without refund. Alleged technical discomfort with proctoring tools does not entitle incumbents to payment reversals, as alternative unproctored practice tests remain available and fulfil the core Digital Services.

51. Mentorship Recordings. Certain mentorship sessions may be recorded for quality or for participants who could not attend. Recordings are proprietary assets and remain accessible subject to validity. The availability or editing of recordings is solely at D2D Academy’s discretion. Participants cannot demand refunds because a recording was unavailable, shortened, or edited for confidentiality.

52. Program Migration Requests. Learners sometimes request migration from one program to another after experiencing a change in exam preference. D2D Academy may consider migration requests if the destination program is of equal or greater value and seats are available. Migration is a discretionary privilege; denying a migration request because of academic capacity or policy constraints does not create a refund obligation.

53. Learning Analytics Changes. Analytics dashboards may evolve as D2D Academy enhances statistical models or data visualisations. Historical data may be recalibrated to improve accuracy. Such adjustments do not imply data loss or service failure and therefore do not give rise to refunds. Learners acknowledge that analytics are supportive tools and not guaranteed predictors of exam performance.

54. Behavioural Violations. D2D Academy enforces a zero-tolerance policy against harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or academic sabotage within its communities. Learners removed for behavioural violations forfeit all fees without recourse. Participation is conditional upon respectful conduct; removal for misconduct is considered learner-initiated termination, not D2D Academy’s failure to deliver.

55. Intellectual Property Claims. If a third party alleges that your usage infringes their intellectual property rights, you are responsible for defending the claim. D2D Academy may suspend your access during investigation without refund. Should the claim prove valid, you bear liability for any damages or settlements, reinforcing that the Digital Services are personal licenses, not ownership transfers.

56. Disaster Recovery. D2D Academy maintains disaster recovery plans to safeguard content. In the unlikely event of catastrophic data loss, D2D Academy will strive to restore access from backups. If restoration requires time, D2D Academy may extend validity periods, but no refund will be offered, as efforts to reconstitute the Digital Services will be ongoing.

57. Research Participation. Some programs invite learners to participate in voluntary research or pilot studies. Participation is optional and distinct from core Digital Services. Opting out or withdrawing interim does not affect your financial obligations or entitle you to refunds, because the main academic deliverables remain unchanged.

58. Country-Specific Restrictions. If your country imposes sanctions or internet blocks after your purchase, D2D Academy will cooperate with you to explore VPN alternatives or downloadable kits where legally permissible. If legal barriers make continued access impossible, D2D Academy may suspend service without refund, as geopolitical events are beyond organisational control. You assume the risk of regulatory shifts when purchasing from a restricted jurisdiction.

59. Currency Fluctuations. Payment amounts displayed in Indian Rupees or other currencies may vary slightly due to exchange rates applied by banks or payment gateways. Fluctuations do not qualify for partial refunds, as D2D Academy receives settlement in INR and incurs conversion costs. Learners bear responsibility for monitoring real-time exchange rates and bank fees before completing payment.

60. Proof of Competence. Some modules require prerequisites such as prior coursework or diagnostic scores. Failure to meet these prerequisites does not warrant a refund; instead, D2D Academy may suggest bridging modules or alternative tracks. You are encouraged to review prerequisites before enrolling, as payments remain final.

61. Communication Etiquette. D2D Academy expects respectful communication with support staff. Abusive language, threats, or coercive tactics will result in ticket closure without violating the no-refund policy. If behaviour escalates, D2D Academy may involve legal counsel or authorities. Funds paid remain unaffected, and access may be suspended in extreme cases.

62. Payment Plans Through Partners. When you subscribe through third-party financing partners or credit card EMI options, the contractual obligation to repay lies between you and the financier. Even if you default on the repayment schedule, D2D Academy is not responsible for honouring refund requests. Access may be paused if the financier instructs us to do so, but paid instalments remain non-refundable.

63. Marketing Testimonials. Testimonials or success stories showcased on D2D Academy platforms represent individual experiences. They are not binding promises or guarantees. Dissatisfaction arising from comparisons with testimonials does not translate into refund eligibility. You recognise that learning outcomes depend on personal effort, prior knowledge, and exam conditions beyond D2D Academy’s control.

64. Documentation Requests. If you require documentation for employer reimbursement or tax filings, D2D Academy will provide official invoices and completion letters where applicable. Failure to provide supplemental documentation tailored to your employer’s unique format does not entitle you to a refund. You remain responsible for negotiating recognition of your learning investment with third parties.

65. Trial Modules and Previews. D2D Academy may offer trial modules, sample videos, or preview tests. These previews are for evaluation purposes and may differ from the full product in depth or interactivity. Purchasing after a trial indicates satisfaction with the sample provided. The existence of differences between trial and full product does not justify a refund claim.

66. Post-Validity Access. Learners sometimes request continued access after the validity period expires. D2D Academy may sell extension packs where feasible. Declining to offer an extension or determining that a course is concluding does not amount to denial of service or refund eligibility. The original validity duration forms part of the contract; once elapsed, obligations are fulfilled.

67. Offline Backups. Some learners prefer printing notes or saving videos offline for later use. While D2D Academy may technically permit offline access within policy constraints, the inability to do so due to storage limitations or DRM controls does not justify refunds. You accept that DRM is essential to protect intellectual property and that its presence does not diminish delivery of the Digital Services.

68. Mentor Availability. Mentor rosters may change due to scheduling, health, or workload factors. D2D Academy ensures qualified mentors remain available, but does not guarantee a specific mentor or a fixed frequency of live sessions. Replacement mentors different from marketing brochures do not confer refund rights, as expertise remains comparable.

69. Delayed Responses. Support response times are typically within 24 to 48 business hours. Occasional delays may occur during peak seasons. Such delays do not constitute non-delivery of the Digital Services and therefore do not qualify for refunds. Learners are encouraged to explore FAQs and knowledge bases while awaiting responses.

70. Acceptance of Risk. Preparing for competitive exams or professional advancement involves inherent uncertainty. By purchasing Digital Services, you accept this risk and agree that D2D Academy’s role is to provide structured guidance, not guaranteed outcomes. Because the risk exists regardless of the quality of instruction, it cannot be a basis for reversing payments already made.

71. Interpretation of Promotional Language. Phrases such as “best in class,” “guaranteed strategy,” or “ultimate revision toolkit” constitute aspirational marketing, not contractual pledges. 72. Alumni Networking. Some programs grant access to alumni meetups or networking forums. Attendance is voluntary and subject to scheduling constraints. If networking opportunities occur at inconvenient times or locations, no refund or concession is due. D2D Academy’s obligation is fulfilled by offering the opportunity; participation outcomes rest on individual initiative.

73. Compliance With Exam Authorities. Examination authorities sometimes alter eligibility rules or postpone exams. Such third-party decisions do not obligate D2D Academy to refund fees, because the Digital Services remain valuable for future attempts or related examinations. D2D Academy may offer updated study plans or extended guidance, but refunds remain outside the scope of remedies.

74. Legacy Account Reactivation. Learners returning after a hiatus may request reactivation of expired accounts. D2D Academy may offer reactivation bundles or fresh enrolment options. Declining to reactivate or requiring a new purchase does not infer that prior payments were wasted; the original validity term concluded as agreed, and no refund or partial credit is due.

75. Final Acceptance. By retaining the invoice, accessing the platform, or utilising any part of the Digital Services, you conclusively affirm this exhaustive Policy. You release D2D Academy from any present or future claims seeking refunds, chargebacks, or financial reversals. This acceptance survives course completion, account closure, and statutory limitation periods, ensuring enduring enforceability of the no-refund principle.

76. Ongoing Validity of Policy. This Policy remains effective regardless of corporate restructuring, domain changes, rebranding, mergers, acquisitions, or strategic alliances undertaken by D2D Academy. In the event of organisational transitions, learners agree that successor entities inherit the rights articulated herein, including the perpetual no-refund stance. Your commitment to abide by this Policy binds you not only during active enrolment but for as long as any derivative content drawn from the Digital Services resides in your possession. Any attempt to contest the no-refund policy after an organisational change shall be deemed a violation of this clause and met with vigorous defence under the successor’s legal framework.

77. Survival. Every clause of this Policy shall survive the expiration or termination of your account to the maximum extent permitted by law. The ongoing existence of study notes, downloaded assets, or derivative knowledge within your possession is sufficient consideration to uphold the no-refund covenant indefinitely. Learners expressly agree that no statutory limitation period shall extinguish D2D Academy’s right to rely on this Policy in defending against refund claims, regardless of when such claims are raised.
